BODY TENSION & RELEASE
A slow, attentive session focused on noticing and releasing physical tension that is often linked to stress, effort, or habitual holding.
This is not a massage and not physiotherapy.
What it includes
• Guided awareness of posture and muscle holding • Gentle yogic stretches adapted to your body • Optional assisted stretch or touch (with consent) • Pauses to feel changes rather than push through them

• Neck, shoulder, hip, or back tension • Stress held in the body • People who feel “tight” but don’t want forceful work • Those who struggle to relax through thinking alone

INTEGRATED INQUIRY SESSION
(Mind + body + patterns)
A session that brings together conversation, body awareness, and attention to recurring patterns. Rather than analysing problems, we look at how they are being experienced in real time.
What it includes
• Reflective conversation • Awareness of sensations and reactions as they arise • Gentle movement or stillness as needed • Space to see patterns without judgement

75 minutes
Suitable for
• Repeating emotional or relational patterns • Feeling stuck despite insight • Overthinking or circular thinking • Wanting clarity without adopting a belief system

CONTINUITY / ONGOING SUPPORT
(For people who return)
An ongoing space for people who wish to continue working with awareness over time.
Sessions adapt as life circumstances change.
What it includes
• Revisiting patterns with more clarity • Deeper body awareness and regulation • Integration into daily life situations • A steady, non-urgent pace

60–90 minutes (as agreed)
