What is Pravaha-yog about ?

This is a space to notice what is already happening.Not to fix the mind.Not to improve the self.But to see — clearly — where experience is being held, resisted, or misunderstood.The work happens through the body, breath, and attention.

What a session looks like

• A short check-in to understand what’s present

• Gentle movement or breath awareness

• Optional guided touch or stretch (only with      consent)

• A quiet closing moment to integrate

Why people choose this work

People usually don’t come here looking for another technique.They come because effort has stopped working —thinking hasn’t resolved it,talking hasn’t reached it,and pushing the body hasn’t softened it.This work brings attention to where experience is actually happening:in the body, in reactions, and in the sense of “me” carrying it all.Nothing is imposed.Nothing is forced.We work with what is already present.

Q: Is this therapy or counselling?

A: No. These sessions are not clinical therapy. They are body-based and reflective practices for awareness and self-understanding. ( Using Vipassana and Patanjali Yogsutras)

Q: Do I need to be spiritual or experienced?

A: No. No beliefs or prior experience are required.

Q: Is touch mandatory?

A: No. Touch is always optional and consent-based.

​

Q: Is this suitable for men?

A: Yes. Many men come specifically because body-based work feels more accessible than talking alone.

Q: What if emotions come up?

A: Emotions are welcomed, not pushed. You remain in control
