Who this is for

For people whose system has not responded to other approaches. You have tried insight, therapy, movement, and conversation. Something is still not responding.

What has not been tried is working directly with the structural conditions underneath.

This is not for you if

Relaxation Seekers

The work is precise and structural rather than a passive modality for relaxation.

Coaching / Motivation

We do not use conversation or mental reframing as the primary tool. Friction is structural before it is behavioural.

Rapid Transformation

Patterns are maps formed over years. While resolution can be efficient, we respect the organic timing of structural shifts.

Clinical Treatment

This is a systemic practice. Acute injuries or medical conditions require specialized clinical intervention before structural enquiry begins.

Ways of Working

Pravaha Immersion

3.5 hours, five stages: consultation, somatic opening, yoga therapy, Vipassana stillness, integration. In-person Brisbane South.

Private 1:1

Regular sessions Brisbane South or online. Format shaped by what is present each time.

Teams and Workshops

For organisations wanting something more substantive than a wellness day. Australia-wide.

Voices from the Practice

Structural observation leads to functional resolution. Insights from those who have engaged with the method.

“After these sessions I felt very calm and relieved. In stressful situations I was able to keep my calm.”

Fidhaa Hasna, Dubai UAE

“Addressing the breath mechanics directly has shifted a layer of anxiety that psychological insight alone could not reach.”

Hossana

“Very versatile teacher. He knows where to push and how much to push. The structural precision is unmatched.”

Riya, India

“A precise mapping of chronic tension that years of bodywork missed. Pravaha is working with the underlying conditions.”

Mila

“Amazing how he guides just by voice. The growth of self discovery keeps us coming back to private sessions.”

Wim and Daiva, Belgium

“The dual focus on individual nervous systems and shared structural patterns has brought a new stillness to our lives.”
