“The body and the institution are both systems under pressure.”
The Founder
Sahil Singh
Sahil Singh’s trajectory began in the Merchant Navy, where he first observed how systems function under extreme structural pressure. This background in mechanical and operational integrity later evolved into a career in branding and digital experience diagnosis in Dubai and Brisbane.
With a double Master’s degree from Griffith University, Sahil bridges academic systems thinking and somatic practice. His work is informed by extensive Vipassana meditation expertise and IYA certification, focusing on the ‘structural conditions’ of the human system. He is the author of the Anti-Help Series, a diagnostic look at exhaustion in the modern age.
The Pravaha method applies the same diagnostic attention that locates tension in a body to locate friction in institutional structures. This focus on pattern recognition allows for precise interventions where insight alone has failed.
The body and the institution are both systems under pressure.
Invisible patterns create friction in bodies, behaviour, and systems. Pravaha works directly with the structural conditions underneath.
